Celebrating our 200th anniversary in 2011, we think you'll find that London Ohio retains much of the character and charm it has had since its founding in 1811. From our quaint shops and businesses, our wide downtown tree lined streets, beautifully maintained Victorian homes and Madison County Courthouse and to our spacious parks - much of the character of London Ohio is not all that different than it was when Patrick McLene laid out plans for the county seat two hundred years ago. Gone are the days of horse drawn carriages (except during Olde Fashioned Christmas event!) and the electric interurban rail cars but progress has not changed the fact that London Ohio is a great example of small town America.
Check out the great pictures of London Ohio ~ now and then! We are proud of our home town and want to show it off. We know you'll like what you see on these pages and will enjoy how London Ohio has grown up, just like those of us who call it home.
